New partnership with Mental Health Cars

Donate your old vehicle and receive a charitable tax receipt

Residents of Southern Ontario now have a new service to safely donate their old vehicle, while raising funds for mental health. New Mental Health Cars is committed to helping people and families that are affected by mental health, by raising funds for CAMH Foundation.

Leslie Kidd founded the new program, which facilitates environmentally responsible vehicle recycling. Kidd was inspired to create Mental Health Cars after her husband died by suicide, and hopes it will raise awareness and funds to support those living with mental illness.

Mental Health Cars will remove any used car, truck or van for free, give you a valuable tax receipt, and make a donation to CAMH.

Those interested in donating their vehicle can call 1-877-912-2464 or visit
